Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Onetime covering all three products.

Last updated 26 August 2026

This is placeholder wording and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Replace it before launch.

1. Who we are

Onetime provides three services under a single account: Digital (media digitisation), Cloud (encrypted storage) and OTT (private streaming).

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you send us or upload. You grant us only the permissions we need to digitise, store and stream that content back to you and to anyone you share it with.

4. Physical media

Original media you send for digitisation is transported and returned by tracked carrier. Set out here the limits of liability for loss or damage in transit.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the services to store or distribute unlawful material, or material you do not hold the rights to.

6. Plans, billing and cancellation

Set out here your billing cycle, renewal terms, refund policy, and what happens to stored files after cancellation.

7. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

8. Ending the agreement

Either side may end this agreement. Describe here the notice period and the export window you give before deleting data.

9. Changes to these terms

We will give notice of material changes and state the date they take effect.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can go to our support team through the contact form.
